Hi

same Problem with x470 Taichi @1.5 + 1.52beta Bios.
If Windows fast boot is turned off the Problem is less common but not resolved reliably!

AsRock .. please make the Bios great again :D

Dear Lionellex,

I solved the problem. The problem is fast boot.
You need to turn off fast boot in Windows 10.
You can do that at the power options.

I have exact the same problem. I know it's a bios problem.
I already got an bios update, but that didn't fix it for me. 
I'm now waiting on the mail from asrock for an other bios update.

So yesterday I built my own pc, everything turned out fine but there's something bothering me, every time when I shut down my pc and want to boot it up, it'll hang on boot which means there's no way entering BIOS. But once I restart the computer, it'll boot.
