Dear Dungeonkeeper,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to user manual page.26 to clear CMOS.

2. Please re-install two stick memory to check if system can boot properly.

3. Please only install one stick memory by turns to verify if both memory can work properly with single DIMM occupied on the system.

4. Please only install one stick memory to boot into BIOS setup.
Under OC Tweaker tab, please load XMP profile for your memory and also adjust DRAM frequency to lower DDR4-2133 or 2400 manually; press[F10] to save the setting and exit.
After system applying the setting, please shutdown the system and install 2 x memory to check if system can boot properly.

5. If possible, please install another CPU to verify.

I've ordered a 2x4GB PV416G300C6K memory, and my problem is that it wouldn't boot with one of the sticks. 
Install another memory can boot and also XMP without problem.
please tell me whether there was a mistake made?
or should it be compatible symptom?
