Specs
  • 3570K
  • Asrock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional
  • Cryorig H7
  • Corsair Vengeance 4GB CAS 9 1866
  • Seasonic Focus 750w Gold
  • MSI HD 7870

Recently bought the cpu and mb second hand. GPU and PSU I've had and work. Put parts together on my table and powered on. CPU fan spins and GPU fans spin. No display using either GPU or MB HDMI ports.

Things I've attempted in this troubleshoot

  • new HDMI cable
  • CMOS reset
  • tried all PCI-E lanes
  • Tried without GPU installed
  • Tried all DIMM slots

The led board in the bottom right is not lighting up and when plugging in the speaker it never makes any noise. Not sure what to do.
