Need a lot more information: What model motherboard, CPU and ram ?
and Why did you need to reset BIOS ?

checked all connections. all cables are seated. PSU power switch is on. everything looks ok just like before I reset the cmos battery.

I reset the motherboard by removing my cmos battery today.

after that, it wont power on. I tried pushing the power button on my chassis and also the one on the motherboard. Neither would power on. There is no power at all, not even a fan spin.

PSU tested ok.

Whats wrong with the mobo? All I did was take cmos battery out and put it back in.
