Try testing the new pair first,change up slots..At first mine would not see mine as duel channel,after I changed ram slots around,it kicked in.

I bought this mother board about 3 months ago and I used with 16Gbs and yesterday i bought 16 Gbs more but this card is not support more of 16 Gbs, the two kits of memories are Kingston HyperX HX318C10FK2/16
can you help me please?
