Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 

1. Please refer to user manual page.27 to clear CMOS.

2. Remove all of the Storage devices (USB, SATA HDD/SSD, M.2 SSD) to check if system can always boot into BIOS smoothly.

3. Only install bare bone devices; CPU, one stick memory and graphics card to check if system can always boot properly. We'd like to isolate the MB hardware to verify.

4. If possible, please clean install a Windows 10 OS to verify.

5. If possible, please install another CPU/memory to verify.

The system AB350M PRO4 fails to restart or shutdown when using the 10 OS commands.
I need to hold the power button to power down the machine.

Bios has been reset to default, no setting changed and it refuses to boot (no POST beeps)
Please tell me why.
