It's in the BIOS somewhere.  You can set it to display various temps or you can turn it off after boot.  I forget where the setting is, you'll have to treasure-hunt for it.

I think it might be. Does anyone know how to turn that setting off or is it an all or nothing thing with DrDebug?

unless u have enabled drdebug temperatures

At what point do you see this?  (sitting in BIOS, during normal operation, ???) Are there any other symptoms?
My Taichi Dr.Debug will occasionally show memory-related codes while in some of the BIOS screens, but they go away when I continue the boot into the OS.

tried with single stick of ram in slot A2, switched sticks and same result. Removed cmos battery and left for 5 minutes prior to single ram stick test.
