this usually is always the ram is NOT fully seated
other than that it also may be cpu not inserted 100% correctly reseat cpu if reseating ram dosnt fix

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Regarding your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter to the BIOS setup and then load BIOS default via [F9] key.

2. Please re-install the memory with both hands forcibly to make sure the module is well contacted with memory slot.

3. Please install one stick memory to each DRAM slot by turns to make all of the slots and memory are functional.

4. If possible, please install another memory kits to verify.

Hello, i have Issue on my AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac with rams. 
Both slots install KIT RAM and recognized, but it shows only single channel, in windows 10 and BIOS same.
Please help me fix it, tks.
