I've just reformatted my machine, and deep sleep (BIOS setting in ASRock Z97X Killer mobo) no longer seems to be working correctly. When I enabled deep sleep and shut down my PC in the past it would shut off all extra PC LEDs (such as GPU PCIE power LEDs and LAN LED), but now those LEDs are staying on even when the computer is shut down.

I have:

- Enabled Deep sleep S4-S5 in bios
- Disabled all wake settings for devices in BIOS
- Disabled wake on LAN for all devices in device manager
- Turned off "fast boot" setting in Windows 8.1 settings and in the BIOS

Any ideas?
