Dear Teohchiawei,

Thank you for posting your query to ASRock forum.

Referring your question about 7.1 HD Audio, first you will need a device that support 7.1 HD audio. 

Please plug your audio device to front panel.

After downloading the Realtek high definition audio driver:
1. please open the Realtek Realtek HD Audio Manager.
2. Go to Speaker tab
3. Under speak configuration, please select the drop down menu and select 7.1 Speaker.

Dear all experts,
 recently i bought a H110M-DVS R3.0 mb. there 3 3.5mm audio jack at back plate. From the specification, it stated that:

*To configure 7.1 CH HD Audio, it is required to use an HD front panel audio module and enable the multi-channel audio feature through the audio driver.

How should configure it?
