I purchased 3 of these Deskmini 110Ws back in Nov' 2017.  For no apparent reason, one of them stopped booting.  The fan turns on, but nothing shows up on the display.  The blue LED light does not turn on either.

ASRock DESKMINI 110W/B/BB/US LGA1151/ WiFi/ A&V&GbE/ PC Barebone System (Black)

These are the parts that I installed:
CPU: Intel BX80677G4620 7th Gen Pentium Desktop Processors
RAM: Crucial 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR4 2400 MT/S (PC4-19200) SR x8 Unbuffered SODIMM 260-Pin Memory - CT2K4G4SFS824A
SSD: Samsung 960 EVO Series - 250GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V6E250BW)

I have tried connecting to a completely different power supply and monitor.  But, I think the fact that the blue LED does not come on means that the board is dead.
