I purchased an ASRock B650D4U motherboard and an AMD 9950X processor. I specifically chose this motherboard because the ASRock website mentioned that the AMD 9000 series is supported.

It was also stated that the processor would work with firmware version 20.02. However, after updating my motherboard to firmware 20.02, my system is still not booting.

I urgently needed this setup to be online, but I have been stuck for almost 20 days now. I have sent multiple emails to ASRock support requesting the FTP password, but I have received no response.

Someone on the forums mentioned that firmware 20.05 is working, but again, I do not have access to the FTP server to download it.
