I was able to find it. I had to go into CPU Configuration in the Bios and enable TPM 2.0 for Windows 11 to install.

After that I was able to install Windows 11 with no problems.

Hello, I am running Windows 10 and I remember options in the bios that need to be changed in order to run Windows 11. Can somebody tell me what those options are that need to be change?
