Dear Thonga4,

 

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

 

Please follow the below stepsto enable Optane memory.

1.       Connect the Optane memory and SSD, HDD tothe motherboard.

2.       Get into BIOS set the SATA mode to AHCI and disableCSM.

3.       Install the OS at GPT UEFI mode.

4.       After OS installed, download the Optanedriver form following link and install the driver.

http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/Intel/Optane/Optane(v16.0.1.1018_PV).zip

5.       Enabled the Optane memory under Optanememory utility.

After get support in Intel communities, the best answer is contact Asrock to get the recommended BIOS configuration or a BIOS update. 
Mainboard is Fatal1ty B360 Gaming K4
I make sure Optane is set in M2_1 slot.  Windows 10 64bit ,all harddisk be GPT format.
BIOS P3.10  version
Please recommend me to enable Optane
