    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=10969">Mikegold10</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9839<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05 Oct 2018 at 10:20pm<br /><br />My overclocked system is crashing when a certain temperature, reported as&nbsp;TMPIN5 in OCCT goes beyond about 53 degrees C.<div><br></div><div>I would like to know exactly what the TMPIN5 sensor measures on the&nbsp;Fatal1ty X299 Professional Gaming i9 XE motherboard.</div><div><br></div><div>The temperature at this sensor rises gradually when I run a burn-in test and when it hits &gt;50 C, the system becomes unstable using the overclock settings I am using (at around 4.8 GHz,&nbsp;1.8 Vin, 1.625 VCore x 18 (i9-7980XE cpu), AVX512 instructions on, Prime95 Small FFT).</div><div><br></div><div>If could not find any documentation about the temperature sensors on the&nbsp;Fatal1ty X299 Professional Gaming i9 XE motherboard and where they are located.
