Hello, 
It seems that Asrock removed the option to disable HPET in latest bios.  
Simply downgrade to an older version. 1.80 or 1.60

Don't forget to load optimized defaults. 
Maybe this fix your lag problem also.

First problem: I reinstalled windows 10 and now it lags, I tried everything, even with microsoft support, but it still lags. Should I remove the CMOS battery?
Second problem: I'm using razer virtual surround but in some games I've delayed audio (this happened even before the reinstalling), I've read I need to disable HPET from the BIOS but I can't find it, disabling it from windows doesn't fix the problem.
