I would like to try overclocking the
Intel Q9650 quad-core LGA775 CPU
in the ASRock G41M-S3 motherboard.

I see that the specs allow FSB 1333
and DDR3-1333.

I would like to up the FSB to 1600 (400 MHz quad-pumped)
and
I would like to up the DRAM to 800 (1600 MHz DDR3-1600)

FSB:DRAM ratio in CPU-Z = 1:2 (400:800)

Is this possible without doing any damages
and, if so,
what are the correct jumper settings?
