Dear Domore008,

 

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

 

Please uncheck [Turn on fast startup] function because windows 10 default will shut down between the power state S4 and S5, it may cause USB keyboard mouse power on doesn't work.

Path: Control panel > System and Security > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > change settings that are currently unavailable > Turn on fast startup > uncheck.

I have already turn on "USB Power on keyboard / remote " in BIOS - ACPI menu, but it still can't use any key to power on my pc. I have not enable Deep Sleep option.

Motherboard: ASRock Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac
Monitor: Sony TV
USB Keyboard: Logitech K350
