Dear Ninchen,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying.

1. Please refer to user manual page.26 to clear CMOS.

2. Please clear the Turn on fast startup (recommend) check box under OS.

Path: Control Panel>Power Option>Choose what the power button do >Change settings that are currently unavailable>Save changes.

3. Please only install bare bone devices; CPU, one stick memory and using graphics card to check if system can always boot properly. We'd like to isolate the MB hardware to verify.

4. Please re-install the CPU and memory to check.

5. Please install one stick memory to each slot to check if the system can work fine.

6. If possible, please install another CPU and memory to verify.

Dear,

My X370 Gaming X, When Shutdown W10 system and Debug show code 04.

But if i want to turn on it again, I need to wait at least 1 hour to turn on my computer again.

Does anyone know this issue?
