I managed to boot once to get to the bios and put it in the latest version available for the motherboard, I was even able to launch a Windows installation but when the PC restarts it emits 5 short beeps again and I have no display.

In the BIOS (when I can go there) the CPU and RAM are well recognized.

I tried unplugging all the unnecessary items and peripherals around but it does the same thing.
I took the processor apart to put it back again but the result does not change.

Config :

z790PG riptide
I9 14900 KF
RTX 4070 super
Enermax revolution 850 80plus gold
SSD M2 1TO
