Hello, I recently built a custom PC with the following specifications:
. Ryzen 7 7800X3D
. ASRock B650M PG Riptide
. RX 6800 XT (purchased second-hand but still in good condition)
Initially, after assembling the PC, the external GPU (RX 6800 XT) did not display any output, so I had to use the integrated GPU to boot into Windows. I made sure to enable "external GPU priority" in the settings, but it didn?™t make any difference. Eventually, I decided to update the motherboard's BIOS. After the update, the external GPU worked perfectly and displayed output normally for quite some time.

However, after a while, the external GPU started having issues again and stopped displaying output. I tried updating the BIOS again, and once more, the external GPU worked fine. This cycle continued until I updated to the latest BIOS version available at the time, which is 3.18. Now, the external GPU is not displaying output again.

I?™m out of ideas since the BIOS is already up to date. I?™m still confused whether the issue lies with the external GPU or the motherboard.

Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to this problem?
