Use a PSU with two 8-pin CPU connectors, check RAM compatibility, reseat the CPU, clear CMOS, and try booting with one RAM stick. If the issue persists, test with a different PSU or motherboard.

The manual says that the second is optional, and you can connect a 4-pin connector to the first one.

If I connect an 8-pin or 4-pin + 24-pin, the backlight on the board lights up. When I press the power button, the processor cooler turns on for a second and stops.

If I leave only the 24-pin, then when I press the power, the processor cooler starts and nothing happens. Two CPU and DRAM indicators are lit on the board.

> red light to indicate whether the CPU, memory, VGA or storage is dysfunctional

What could be the problem?
Components are not compatible or there is not enough power and you need a 2nd 8-pin power connector?

> ATX 12V Power Connectors
(8-pin ATX12V1) (see p.6, No. 1)
(8-pin ATX12V2) (see p.6, No. 2)
This motherboard provides two 8-pin ATX 12V power connectors. To use a 4-pin ATX power supply, please plug it along Pin 1 and Pin 5.
*Connecting an ATX 12V 8-pin cable to ATX12V2 is optional.
