i have a similar problem, changing RGB values in BIOS dosn't make anything, but i could set the color from polychrome RGB app so i didn't bother. now, i updated polychrome RGB app to latest 1.0.27, and it won't open anymore, so i can't change anything now.

I purchased an ASRock B450M Pro4 motherboard and have the polychrome RGB software installed, but using it doesn't change my fan colors, in fact, my fan LEDs aren't on at all. I've gone into the BIOS and modified the RGB values from there, but there's still no change. Looking through the forums here, I've seen that flashing the firmware has helped other users but it hasn't helped me.
