HDMI no sound

   Hello,I am new, just joined

Purchased Asrock  H81M-HDS motherboard for my dell inspiron desktop
Use a lcd tv as monitor via HDMI.
I have perfect resolution but no sound.

Installed all drivers (latest) but still no sound.
When re-install graphics driver, the digital output shows for 1 sec than disappears.
Sound records show no input speaker or microphone.

How can I get sound via HDMI output?
Please dont tell me to connect speakerbox via speaker output.
