I found this on reddit where the poster had modified the Realtek high definition audio driver ver:8931.1_UAD_WHQL_NAHIMIC for his Phantom Gaming 4 MB which uses the Realtek ALC1200 audio codec.
www.reddit.com/r/ASRock/comments/htuti3/modified_realtek_uad_driver_to_restore_equalizer/ The neutered Realtek Audio Console that comes with Nahimic capable Asrock MBs is pretty much useless. I also have a Phantom Gaming 4 MB but have not tried this yet. As the poster states, "It may also work with B550 Pro4 which is same board. If not it's probably matter of adding in hardware id to INF file. Should not be used with other boards even if they have same Realtek chip ALC1200 because audio connector I/O layout would be different." And since Nahimic has updated their app the current version available for download on Asrock does not load. I was able to get the link to the updated version from the poster Mr_Hunter on this thread.
