I bought an X399 Taichi with the intent of building a box specifically to be able to set up multiple virtual machines, each with its own ethernet adapter, to be able to virtualize a small office worth of computers as a lab for replicating issues clients are encountering.
I have installed a Threadripper 1950X, 64GB of RAM, an NVMe drive in M.2 socket 1, an AMD R9 380X in the first PCIe slot. I am able to install one 4 port NIC adapter in any of the remaining PCIe slots. However, if I try to install the second (and third), booting fails with a boot code of 95 (problem with PCIe). I've tried each of the NIC cards individually. One will work. Two will not. Otherwise the machine works just fine. These are cheap Syba SI-PEX24042 cards. Cheap, yes, but suitable for my needs. I was able to get two to work on an older Gigabyte board with an FX-8350. I believe it should be possible to do this on the Taichi -- until all the lanes are saturated, of course. Surely more than one will work?

Your reply did not offer a solution to the issue specified. What hardware you may have gathered around you is immaterial.

Yes. I reported you. Just as I would expect any user to do if the Moderators behaved as you have on the Forum where I am an Admin.
I am here seeking assistance.
