I have a deskmini (A) for 18 months without any problem.
I bought another one (B), on Amazon, but after installing it and connecting it to the power supply it does not turn on, it does not do anything at all.
Amazon sent me another new one (C) but I still have the same problem.
I have tested with the power supply of A, which I know works in B and C, without success.
What can this problem be about?

Use the Tech Support form to contact ASRock's Tech Support department, they should be able to help you. Not many people on the forums have a DeskMini so it's difficult to help
