Hello! Need help on adjusting coolers. Recently I bought new hardware, including an ASRock z370 pro4 motherboard, connected 3 coolers to CHA_FAN1, CHA_FAN2 and to CHA_FAN3/W-PUMP. All 3 coolers are the same. As a result, turns are regulated only for coolers connected to CHA_FAN2 and CHA_FAN3, and CHA_FAN1 always works at maximum speed. I saw the following information on the motherboard page in the specifications section: "CHA_FAN2 and CHA_FAN3/W_PUMP can auto detect if 3-pin or 4-pin fan is in use.". Can you please tell how to adjust the speed of the cooler on CHA_FAN1? 3 pin cooler.

Dear Sein4u,
Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your question, the Z370 Pro4?™s CHA_FAN2 and CHA_FAN3/W_PUMP can auto detect if 3-pin or 4-pin fan is in use. The CPU fan and CHA_FAN1 only support 4-pin fan speed control. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |
