Recently purchased a new computer. I downloaded the Polychrome program to control the LEDs in the front of the case. Installed it and it lets me adjust the color and the style of the effect. Those settings stay after turning the computer on and off or restarting.
The problem is now the light never turns off. The LED stay lit unless I turn the PSU off. It never did this before. Is there a setting or something in the Polychrome or in Bios to fix that? Thank you for any help! |

Yes there's an option in BIOS called "Deep Sleep" under Advanced Chipset. You're going to want to find a setting called deep sleep and set it to enabled in s4-s5.

Dear Witeguyoo7,
Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your case, there is an option in BIOS can turn off the RGB LED when system shutdown. BIOS Path: Advanced > Chipset Configuration > Turn On Onboard LED in S5 > Disabled. *After changing the BIOS setting, press F10 to save the configuration. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |
