RGB on Motherboard is not working

I flashing motherboard bios but not work.I try many way it not work .

pls help

PC specs:
i5-9400f
HyperX 16gb 3200MHz
windows 10 pro
Z390 Steel Legend (Bios 1.10)
ASRRGBLED version 2.0.4
