Hi everyone,

After upgrading to Windows 10 1903 I am seeing that the "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" driver aka audiodg.exe stops working. If I uninstall the Realtek driver this no longer occurs.

This seems to happen on boot, but also randomly as it has caused my PC to freeze while watching youtube. I have uploaded links to the Audiodg.exe dump file and a few screenshots.

I am running the latest Realtek driver that is currently on the Realtek downloads page for the Z370 K6, however I expect an update will be required to fix this?

Thanks in advance

I saw the same thing when in the preview for this build. Currently I am using the audio driver from the Nvidia graphics pkg with no issues
Asrock Z370 Gaming K6,Intel i7 8700K,
Asrock x570 Taichi

@RLGL ahh gotcha - well i'll take some comfort in knowing that i'm not the only one! sounds like they need to issue an update to the driver... but we'll see, i'm not entirely sure what AsRocks support for drivers is like!

I'll give the Nvidia driver a go and see how I get on.

Sorry to revive this but I'm getting the same on my Z370 Extreme4 board after latest Windows build.

Every time Windows starts I get an error:
"Faulting application name: AUDIODG.EXE, version: 10.0.18362.239, time stamp: 0xfeb44817"

Games crashing and or crash to desktop.
Had to force shutdown today.

I've uninstalled then reinstalled Realtek drivers so will see how it goes but not hopeful.

Apart from using the Nvidia drivers, has anyone found a solution?

I see that the Z390 has the same codec and a newer driver but seems like driver updates have stopped on the Z370.

I would try the newer drivers listed under Z390 they may be more compatible with the Win 10 1903 version of AUDIODG.EXE. Or if you made a image/backup just go back to your previous Win 10 version.
