The AsRock support was not very helpful.
Now my b450 gaming-itx is going back, and i hope the X570 Phantom gaming-itx is working.

received and tested asrock b450 fatality gaming k4 ("ryzen 3000 ready" sticker on package, rofl... ) with ryzen 3600 cpu today, system wont boot, cant detect m2, freezes on boot, freezes in bios, crashes during windows installation. id say we all have been scammed by amd and this will pretty much have legal consequences for them.

I do not understand you soulstealer. AMD has released the AGESA patch 1.0.0.3ABBA. And announced that it will take two to three weeks to properly implement it by bios motherboard manufacturers. You got an unofficial version (Beta!). Understand the meaning of the word unofficial or Beta! Wait patiently for sure ASRock will release stable update soon

thats right, you dont understand it, because you are wrong. the board i used officially supported ryzen 3000 by factory bios, yet was unable to run it. just look at this thread there a hundreds of people with issues. dont come on here and try to twist reality.

add to that it is you who doesnt understand the meaning of unofficial or beta / alpha, because that is, what zen 2 is - an engineering sample. if you look at warranty laws in each countries you will find that what amd did with zen 2 is actually prosecutable.

noone has to wait for anything, because zen 2 was released to early and unfinished. the ones who should have waited would have been amd and the mb manufacturers, not customers who bought a product under false pretext.

and by the way, almost two months have passed now soon since the last bios update. not sure if you know how to use the calendar or what dimension of time / reality you live in, but surely not in the real world.

truth is that the issues to overcome are not a matter of time but of feasability and as of now they are impossible to be solved, so dont try to heat up false hopes again to cover the obvious incompetence / fails of amd and asrock. ill return the cpu and the mainboard and will never make a purchase from amd or asrock again.

Well, after going back and forth between Intel & AMD for years, this will be my final run with AMD, I can say this, I never had an issue with Intel at all in all of my 20+ years of building PC's. I'm just waiting for the ABBA bios for my x470 Taichi board then see how it is. Based on that I will finally buy the 3700x. That will be my final AMD CPU. After all of this it's Intel 100% cost more but in the long run it's worth it. Guys, I think we all should do the same.

Oh, forgive me soulstealer. I thought you were complaining about the beta bios. And in general you have a problem with Ryzen 3000. Forgive my mistake.I can only add from myself that I am currently using ASRock X470 Taichi and Ryzen 3700X. And so far I have seen only one problem. Setting the XMP profile did not start computer. DRAM Calculator for Ryzen came with the help

I greet you! Kind people, if anyone works on Taichi X470, the memory on the B-die is normal according to the calculator, discard the photo of the BIOS settings that you changed. I just can?™t get the memory on the 3400 CL 14. Memory Corsair 4.31 b -die
