Dear faC645lB,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. About the Chassis fan, Fatal1ty X470 Gaming-ITX/ac supports Smart Fan Speed Control on CHA_FAN1. So only CHA_FAN1 can auto detect if 3-pin or 4-pin fan is in use. If installing 3-pin fan on CHA_FAN2, it will work at full speed. Please refer to the following specification. https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20X470%20Gaming-ITXac/index.asp#Specification Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

go in the bios, h/w monitor and scroll down.
ON cha_fan2 click on auto, than you can choose some profile like silence, performance,... or customize. You can choose also the control DC or PWM. Try what fit you. Then you can also shape the curve below those settings. |

Hello, I have a question about my chassis fan of X470 itx/ac board.
When I connect the same 2 3-pin chassis fan on chassis fan1 and 2, but only fan1 can control the speed. The other seems like only high speed. Is there any way I can control it on chassis fan2 too? If yes, please advise, thank you in advance. |
