Bought an x570 Taichi with 3800x b/c my Sandy Bridge died. Generally very happy, but I find no option to activate SATA Hot Plug in the UEFI BIOS (v1.70A). Can anybody help? I can't believe that in 2019 Hot Plug is not activated by default!

Found the (cryptic) answer: enable ESATA for each drive individually.

Where did you find the option to change it? I have a Steel Legend with the same issue, but I can't seem to find anywhere to change the individual drives. Not sure if I'm not looking in the right place, or if the Steel Legend doesn't have the option (although it advertises hot swap).
