While windows setup in M.2 SSD, I disabled CMS from boot menu.

Check this in the bios:

Exit->Boot Override:
There should be an entry with the Windows Bootmanager (your M2 SSD)

Boot->Boot Options Priorities:
Select Windows Bootmanager as Boot Option #1

And you did remove your HDD when installing and now?
Another bios entry to check:
Advanced\CPU Configuration\AMD fTPM switch disabled?

I removed HDD and I installed again following options;

Check Advanced\CPU Configuration\AMD fTPM switch disabled
Check Launch Storage OProm UEFI on CMS page
Check selected only UEFI USB storage for installation
Check Sata mode ACHI or Raid

Windows has been installed automatically with GPT formatted

After installation return to bios and I check the boot options m.2 SSD
But won't boot up again from SSD.It's says on screen please insert disk or usb storage.......

I too am having the same problem, I have a m.2 sad (not nvme) in my system and no matter what I do (I've done everything listed in this forum) nothing works. Bios won't recognize it and windows won't install on it. I think this motherboard is best to use a physical 2 and a half inch sad. Does anyone know if I will be able to install windows on a physical ssd?

Anyone have a solution? I've tried a NVME and a SATA, but M.2 isn't an option to boot from in the BIOS. It's listed in Windows, but not in the bios. Tried everything here and other places.
