Hi,

I have built a PC B450 ITX/AC, everything seems fine, but I get poor WIFI performance. Even close to the router but the wifi speed is still poor. I reinstall WIN10 but no help. For my case, is there anything I can try more?
Thanks,

Dear Seeker05,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Referring to your question about Wi-Fi speed, kindly remove the Wi-Fi metal case from the motherboard to check if the cables of the antennas are connected tightly to the Wi-Fi card.

Also, kindly install the Intel Wireless Lan driver from the link below:

Thanks!

All the best,

Hi there,

I'm having the same issue with my B450 Fatality MB. The connections of the antenna seem correct.

I have an AMD Chipset though - should I also install the intel WLAN driver?

Great, thank you very much for the update.

That fixed my problem - I was confused because I didn't realize that Intel was the manufacturer.

I had issues with the Intel WiFi driver on the B450's little brother .. the B350 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/ac on my daughters setup using ASRock's driver . .I went to the source .. Intel's site .. and got an updated driver their and my issues were resolved.

..just food for thought.
