Bad ram slot

   I just got my 2nd x570 phantom itx from Newegg after returning the original one due to the m.2 slot not working. I tried  both my ram sticks on the slot closest to cpu and the pc post. But when I have a stick on the other slot I get no post and high fans.

Ahhhh do i just have terrible luck....

I updated to the latest bios 1.72 same issue.
