Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x
RAM: Adata XPG Gammix AX4U320038G16-DR30 16GB (8GB x 2) 3200MHz D30 DDR4 U-DIMM Memory
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Steel Legend
BIOS: P2.90

Hi,

I bought an ASRock B450 Steel Legend motherboard last week. The system is running smooth but only hiccup is with the RAM operating frequency. AMD Ryzen 5 3600x is Matisse based and as per AMD non-XMP memory frequency support Table given at http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450%20Steel%20Legend/#Specification, Ryzen Series CPUs (Matisse) runs the RAMs at 3200 Mhz if the sticks are installed in A2 and B2 Slots. However, Task Manager and CPU-Z shows that they run at 2667 Mhz.

I had initially installed the RAMs in B1 and B2 but changed them as soon as I saw them running at 2667 Mhz. Also, the BIOS P2.90 is not listed on specifications page.

Please let me know how do I make my RAM operate at correct frequency without Overclocking.

Thanks.
