Need some help with my new pc build. Below are the specs:
CPU- i9-10900x
Mobo- ASROCK X299E-ITX/AC
RAM- Corsair Vengeance SODIMM DDR4-2400 4x16gb
Video Card- GeForce GTX 1080 FTW
PSU- EVGA 850W 80+ Gold.

The computer turns on, all fans are spinning but I?™m not getting any visuals on my monitors. (Nothing is coming up, no motherboard logo, no bios) I?™ve re seated everything, cycled through the ram to see if that would work and still nothing.

Am I missing something!? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Halebm88,

Thanks for posting!

Try to install only one RAM to each slot followed by a boot to see if it will work.

Then try clear CMOS:
To clear CMOS, please unplug the power cable then press the button on the back panel for more than 3 seconds.

If the problem persists, kindly contact the store where the motherboard was purchased from to check if the BIOS version is 2.10 or newer.

With thanks,

Does this motherboard have at least one USB port on the back to use as a BIOS flashback port so that I can update the BIOS to the correct version to allow my processor to work properly? If so, what are the steps I should take to ensure that works?

Dear Halebm88,

Thanks for the feedback.

X299E-ITX/AC does not support the flashback function.

With thanks,
