Few days ago updated my bios to version 2.00     2020/1/14
and now i have problems with it (PC dont start (rebooting few times with black screen) and reset all settings (cpu and ram frequency, timings etc) after few time without power (not battery problem, changed it already))

With previous version i had not these issues (1.60     2019/8/6)

Can i flash previous version (1.60     2019/8/6)?
Or it not possible?
Any other way to fix this problem?

?? .. Grab the BIOS for your model motherboard.

What CPU are you running? Back flashing doesn't always work .. I've never done it with an ASRock motherboard

i didnt find how to download bios from there for my motherboard (anyway how it is possible that random site have 3.87 version while official have only 2.00, that doesnt looks good)
cpu amd r5 3600
well if back flashing could cause troubles.. i dont want risk so i have to use default memory settings

Translate to english if you want .. then scroll down to "Bios Download Selection" ...hit the drop down menu and scroll down to your motherboard and click on it it will download.

I run the 2.30 BIOS for my X570 Steel Legend off of that site currently.. on ASRock's site there is only the 2.20 BIOS. I wouldn't refer anybody anywhere if I thought it was fishy. But it's your decision.. your hardware.
