Update BIOS - H81M-DGS

   Hi,
I have to update BIOS form 1.40 to at least 1.70 (I tried to 2.00 too) because I want to change processor from Pentium G3220 to Pentium I-5 4460. My motherboard is ASRock H81M-DGS.

So:
1. I download BIOS form https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/H81M-DGS/index.asp#BIOS (I tried with 1.70 and 2.00).
2. I unzpip file.
3. I formatted pendrive in FAT32 system and copy BIOS file.
4. I run BIOS and choose Instant flash.

and problem is Instatnt flash sees file but I can't do anything. Enter and click mouse doesn't works. BIOS is freez. I can do only restart system.

Please help. What can I do?

	I solved this problem. Maybe I will help somebody so I write what I did. I used two solutions at the same time, so I don't know which solution was helpfull. 1. I plugged pendrive to USB port near LAN port. 2. I unplugged all SSD and HDD (SDD with OS too).
