I have exactly the same problem, stuck on boot loop and have tried everything.
Sadly the same thing happened to a previous Asrock board I had with a Z68 chipset.
In comparison the MSI board I was using in between (H97M Eco) I got for a steal at £35 from Amazon and it NEVER had a problem. Definitely regret buying Asrock a second time.

Yep, did that too. first time only ten seconds and then over night with the battery out. I have ordered another board yesterday. I'm pretty sure this one is dead.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS using the instructions in the manual, by shorting together the 2 pins on connector 19 (next to CHA_FAN2) for 5 secs? There is no need to remove the battery. I recently had the same problem and that got the monitor working again so I could see what was going on! The problem turned out to be a simple Windows driver issue and not the hardware.

Ok, I stole the the beeper from my old computer but it is as silent as the other one. What should happen if I remove everything incl CPU, memory, M2 SSD and connect only power, beeper and power switch? There is no information in the manual.

try a proper cmos clear

unplug from wall
remove the cmos (button) battery
and press and hold the case power button for 30 secs
refit battery
plug into wall and try again

remember this first boot may take 2-5 mins now to set ram training etc

Hello,

my B450 steel legend just died after 3 month of more or less reliable service and refuses to boot. There is no signal to the screen and it restarts every 20 seconds or so. But the RGB still works, so it does at least look like a running computer. I disconnected almost everything, only the cpu, ram and ssd are still on the board. Nothing changed. Tried different PSU - still the same. Tried to connect a speaker but also no luck. I'm not sure if its connected correctly. The pinout in the manual has only one pin for the speaker and on a normal 4 wide speaker connector the other pin goes to what is labled as +5V. I also tried removing the ram but that also doesn't change anything. Is there another way to diagnose that thing?
