Hello,

Yesterday I built the PC with the following PC components:

ASROCK Radeon RX 5600 XT 6GB GDDR6 Challenger D OC
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
ASRock X570 PHANTOM GAMING 4
Kingston HyperX Fury HX432C16FB3K2/16
Fractal Design Focus G
KINGSTON 500GB A2000 M.2 PCIe M.2 2280 SA2000M8/500G
SEASONIC S12 II 620W
ST1000DM010

Everything was working well until booting into windows for the first time after installation. Screen just went black and after restart, couldn't boot anymore.

Both CPU and DRAM red leds turn on for a few seconds on motherboard, then both turn off and then Boot light turns on and stays on. No post.

What I tried:
Resiting CPU
Changing PCIE Slot for GPU
Trying all 4 Ram slots with each individual stick
Putting the whole configuration outside of the case on motherboard box and booting it that way

Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

What else I tried that didn't help:
Second GPU in both pcie slots
Second set of ram sticks, tried both sticks individually
Removing bios battery and holding shut down button for 30 seconds

Interestingly, if I remove both memory sticks, RAM and CPU leds remain on. If I add at least one stick, RAM and CPU leds turn off, but Boot led turns on.

Any ideas what to try next?

I had this problem. My solution was to move my ram in channel 2 and 4 and make sure my connections are secure and in the right spots.
