Bios/invalid file

   When I tried to update my bios (because my keyboard and mouse only work on a single USB port) it said invalid file I know I did all the steps right 100% but it still shows it btw I have a asrock b450m pro4 and it came with bios version 1.0.0.6 and I want to update to 2.0? Also another quick question could this issue possibly be cause by me trying to download a bios version from 2018 and not the latest one I?�m able to install
