B450M-HDV R4 with Ryzen 5 3600

Hi all

I just made a new system for my boy, for he' 11 birthday .

System is:
ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 Bios P3.90
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Wraith Stealth CPU
G.Skill AEGIS DDR4-3200 C16 (F4-3200C16D-16GIS)
Inter-Tech Argus RGB-700W II PCU
Intenso SSD SATA III Top - 512GB
Nvidia 560 GTX MSI Twin frozr II

The problem is that it dont boot up.
All fans spins and LED in PSU and case lights up.

Tryed to boot with 1 ram block i A, then in B and both, nothing works

I have 2 Nvidia 560 GTX MSI Twin frozr II, both testet and still no boot.

PLZ HELP

you have to connect the monitor cable to the video output of the graphics card, not the ports of the motherboard ??

Also did you correctly powered CPU with 8-pins and GPU?
