Hello,

I currently have a problem with my Asrock h110 pro BTC+ motherboard
I bought 2 days ago this motherboard with a Corsair RM 1000X power supply, 8GB DDR4 RAM and an Intel Pentium Gold G5420 processor (3.8 GHz).
I mounted the motherboard as indicated on the manual provided, but when I press the power button on the motherboard, the ventirad turns on 1 second and then stops. no other noise and that's it.

There is no display on the screen I plugged in.
I then tried to change the position of the RAM, nothing.
I changed the RAM, nothing.
I changed the CMOS battery, nothing.
I unplugged everything and plugged it back in, nothing.
I put an M2 ssd with an OS, nothing.
I plugged in a graphics card, the GPU fans turn on for a second like the CPU and stop.
The power supply was used for my NAS server and it is functional for sure, I tried it after the tests on the motherboard and it works very well

I am out of solution. Does anyone have any idea how to fix my problem?

I thank you in advance for your help.
BeTa

Hey,

Bumped into your post by accident while looking for a solution to my problem.

I've had this same issue and it turned out that neither my RAM, nor my CPU was compatible. Check both and make sure they are fully compatible with the motherboard.
