I've got a CyberPowerPC with an ASRock Z370 Pro4-CB mobo and an Intel I7-8700K @ 3.7 GHz.

Per the other post on this forum (https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=19692&title=windows-11-installation-compatibility) about how to prepare an ASRock mobo for Windows 11, I disabled CSM and then enabled Intel Platform Trust Technology. I restarted after each step.

After I disabled CSM and restarted, the computer booted normally. After I disabled Intel Platform Trust Technology and rebooted, the computer said, "Preparing Automatic Repair" and gave me the option to "Continue," "Troubleshoot," or "Turn off your PC." When I chose "Continue," it would not boot and returned me back to the same place. So, I am forced to choose "Troubleshoot." I've been stuck in this loop and can't find a way out besides returning the UEFI settings to default. But then I can't pass the Windows 11 Health Check because TPM 2.0 isn't enabled.

I've also tried changing the "Physical Presence Spec Version" from 1.3 to 1.2 based on what I saw in this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCqgOsiQrXg. That had the same effect of preventing the computer from booting.

I'm out of ideas. Can anyone help? Both my mobo chipset and CPU are on the Win 11 supported list.

I have an X299 Taichi CLX board and purchased the ASRock badged TMP 2.0 module from EBAY (a couple of years ago) as ASRock no longer offered them on their site at the time.

"Asrock TPM SPI module for Asrock motherboards"

The pin-out and voltages are different for different motherboards and TPM module makers, so take that info consideration. Like a similar ASUS module which seems to have the same pin layout in fact had different voltages on different pins when you looked up the ASUS pin-out.

On page 30 of my MB's manual, it lists the pin-outs for the TPM module, for comparison with units listed for sale:

So currently, looking at Newegg, this unit's pin-out seems to be compatible and looks similar to the unit I purchased a couple of years ago:

The bios for your unit is from the CyberPowerPC group. You would be better served at their support site.

What board do you have? If it is too old you may be SOL. Possibly an adapter card may be found.
