ASRock Z370 Killer SLI cant update BIOS

Hi everybody. Since day 1 i cant update my BIOS. I can DL it, install and after restart text is coming its updated but still stay the same version. How can i fix it?

2nd question: do i have TPM 2.0? cant find any info...

Indeed, always only update if you need to for some reason. Good reasons to update
are:
1. Adding support for new CPUs when you are planning a CPU upgrade
2. Addressing a problem you are having that the update is designed to fix
3. Critical security updates (and even here, only if you feel you may be at risk)

Otherwise, if it isn't broken, don't try fix it.
