Does the B75 Pro3-M support booting from an NVMe drive in a PCIe to M.2 adapter card?

No it doesn't, and there is no Beta BIOS for this.
If the card has its own controlelr chip, it can work, but usually you have to set it up using different drivers, otherwise it is not detected |
