B550 Extreme4 with AMD Ryzen 7 5700G fails to boot

   CPU: AMD 5700G
MB: ASRock B550 Extreme4
GPU: asrock rtx 5600xt
RAM: 64GB DDR4 3200
With 2 m.2 and 1 sata drives.

Fails to boot,

Dr debug shows code 99. I looked up and says it is a PCI -e error.

Tried re seating GPU, and check power cables. Still code 99.

I removed GPU, and cleared bios. Still show code 99, but on bord video works. Monitor show a small line.

Removed both m.2 drives, and cleared bios. Still show code 99.

Removed all but one stick of Ram (16 gb), and sata drive.
Still code 99.

The only two things I can think about is bad MB, or Bios update. But I don't have any older AMD CPU around.
So I am hoping there is something I am missing.

	Update: I went out and got a 3000G CPU, got the system running and updated the bios to 2.10. The AMD 5700G still does not work with the updated bios. Still getting the same code 99. But still works with the 3000G.
